The HR Diagnostics team operates worldwide – for local customers and for companies who want to enter new markets from Germany and do not want to do so without “German engineering” for their personnel selection.

In Indonesia, together with a team from the University of Surabaya (East Java), we are researching the professional orientation of young adults and how a person-job fit can be achieved on the basis of culturally adapted diagnostics. Originally, this cooperation began with joint research on professional motivation, and has now expanded into a local market presence and local consulting projects with other partners. In the meantime, there are also very extensive standard data for various psychological tests and profiling procedures in Bahasa Indonesia, which means that we're also able to offer locally standardised procedures for new projects.
