This institute prefers to fill managerial positions internally.However, the experience has revealed to personnel managers, that many candidates apply for a position with an increased salary without adequately considering the requirements of the leadership position in relation to their own competences, aspirations and professional goals. For this reason, a procedure for the orientation / counselling of employees who are interested in a management career was developed.
Bank-specific test method for management motivation in combination with a personal orientation discussion between the candidates and internal personnel development together with an external consultant from HR Diagnostics. The results were then summarised in order to generate an individual report.
