As part of the redesign of the personnel development process for executives, interdisciplinary abilities where examined as a starting point. In order to embed the process in the internal processes it was necessary to compile the tests based on the internal competence model. The written results report generated on this basis serves as an appreciative feedback to the participants as well as the reconciliation of the self and the external image in a personal interview and also as a basis for further personnel development. Due to the location in Switzerland and the internationality of the target group, the test procedure was implemented in four languages (German, English, French, Italian).
