Together with our local partner, ProfoundHR, we examined various test packages in Turkey in a validation project. The implementation of validity tests with psychological test in Turkish is the prerequisite for a culturally fair deployment in the personnel selection. 

In a concurrent survey design, test and performance data were collected from superiors about both recently engaged and experienced staff. The validation results for N = 113 persons for a total of five test bundles (processed by each participant) achieved values between r = .44 and r = .56. In addition to this important quality documentation, the survey provided valuable information about cultural characteristics in different personality traits. These findings are important for cross-national / cross-cultural recruitment projects, for example when Turkish and German applicants have to be compared. However, they also provide important information on the design of test batteries for purely Turkish applicant groups and the weighting of the measurement dimensions for the calculation of a total value.
