In sport as well, high performance starts in the mind
In cooperation with our subsidiary SPORTDRIVE GmbH we can support you in the sport psychology-based selection, development and counselling of competitive and recreational sportspeople.
Sports psychology extends the spectrum of our activities beyond the field of occupational and organisational psychology. We can provide you with psychological procedures for the diagnosis of sport performance motivation and further parameters for predicting sporting success. Because 80% of sporting excellence begins in the mind and not in the muscles.
The results are used by sport psychologists, mental trainers and coaches as a basis for individual consultancy in competitive and recreational sports. Our methods can also help you with the selection of sportspeople and putting together a team.
We can offer three different processes for assessment based on sport psychology diagnostics: MSPI, MSPI Soccer and FPI.
MSPI: MENTAL SPORTS PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
MSPI analyses success-relevant skills and characteristics and offers you individual, goal-oriented advice in the field of competitive sports. The sportsperson receives written feedback, which deals with their strengths and weaknesses. In this way, recommendations and ideal methods can be individually derived. With repeated use of the process, development feedback is provided.
MSPI SOCCER: MENTAL SPORTS PERFORMANCE INDICATOR SOCCER
MSPI Soccer is an association football-based combination of five test elements that detect the various performance-related factors that are relevant to the players. These primarily include individual mental strength, personality and cognitive abilities. The result can be used by sports psychologists, coaches and clubs as a basis for sportsperson selection and team composition.
FPI : FITNESS PERFOMANCE INDICATOR
Unlike MSPI and MSPI Soccer, FPI is a single test for recreational sportspeople. The fitness goals are analysed in order to understand the individual motives and thus avoid setbacks and allow goal-oriented training. Especially in gyms, FPI is an effective way to reduce the dropout rate and to individualise training.
