Corporate and target-group-specific standards
One aspect of the diagnostic process can hardly be changed: your candidate. In this respect, test results are not reported as benchmarks or norm charts which do not reflect your candidate’s situation and are often based on outdated data. In fact, each individual test result is closely related to your personal candidate or industry, occupation and level of a comparable group of people.
View of feedback as total score, individual scores, placement and recommendation
Whether at the level of all candidates or each individual candidate - the graphical illustration of test results in three colors (green, yellow and red) gives you a quick overview. In addition to the overall results with corresponding recommendation, you will receive additional information, on the personal level, for the placement of candidates within the comparison group. In order to make content-balanced decisions, the results of each measured dimension will be reported. Two numerical values are always available for you with Z Scores (default value) and the percentage ranking. In addition, verbal descriptions give additional support to the interpretation of results.
Accessing the test process
Especially for closely timed processes, a good process control is essential. The test progress always gives you a current overview on the test status.
Feedback of participant
When getting feedback of test results, JOBMATCHER will support you with individually defined feedbacks that are available online or in PDF format. The use of test procedures compiled in a scientific and substantiated way allows a qualified feedback that is also in compliance with EEOC Guidlines to applicants who got rejected.
