Social Media Integration
Nowadays, many companies facilitate their recruiting with employer branding. From now on JOBMATCHER supports the combination of addressing and recruiting your candidates in addition to the candidate management. Allow your candidates to share your career website - or even a specific position from your job board – with their friends in Facebook and Google+. We include the necessary buttons in your job board, your online application, your feedback, or at any other point in your process. Your candidates share or +1 the link and thereby publish it to their friends who are often from a similar educational or professional background. Viral employer branding without wastage!
Application Pipeline
Once you have logged on your unique process is the focus. The configurable application pipeline gives you a quick overview of how many candidates are on which process step. Each level is linked - as all candidates are always just a click away. Information on how many days on average have passed since the application will help you to avoid losing any candidate due to inactivity.
Communication
Communication with candidates is directly made by JOBMATCHER. All contacts will be automatically documented, so you always have an overview of who contacted a candidate by e-mail, letter, and phone or personally and when. Several views are available to you here. Important process-related changes are also documented in the change-log.
You are able to create letters and emails by yourself and if necessary you can even send them as text messages to keep candidates posted or help them remember appointments. The Template Management supports local processes to use standardized, site-specific contents.
Job Posting Management
By using the Job Board you allow candidates to search for job openings. You create your own job postings and thus determine which information or documents you make available to applicants.
The distinction between internal and external candidates will be supported: you decide whether an application will be published on the Internet or only on the intranet. In addition, you always have the latest overview of work flows related to job postings. This provides you with an accurate determination on how long job postings need to be published.
Appraisal Forum
The Appraisal Forum enables all individuals who are involved in the process to evaluate candidates. This ensures that despite a standardized process, the personal impression is also taken into account.
Multiple standard capacities
By using the additional module of Multiple Standard Capacities you are simultaneously assessing the suitability of candidates in relation to several positions. In the example below a candidate applied for a certain enrollment programm but didn’t receive any recommendations for it since many other student candidates performed better. But since the suitability for training has been assessed, an apprenticeship can be offered to him: And he surpasses the standard training candidate. This ensures that candidates are not lost and all postings are filled with suitable staff.
Telephone interviews
JOBMATCHER also supports the implementation of telephone interviews. After choosing the best interview, relevant questions and rating scales based on behavior will be provided which ensure equal treatment of all candidates. The interview questions will be read directly from the system and the candidates responses are evaluated in real time. At the end of the interview the results are immediately available and documented as part of the selection process. If necessary, the results of the interviews can be offset against the test results or results of other procedures in order to get an overall score.
Recruitment Day Planning Tool
In connection with setting up of an appointment many tasks need to be done: inviting participants, recording of cancelations, confirmations and attendance, printing of test codes and documents, entering results of further proceedings and making decisions. JOBMATCHER organizes all these tasks via the appointment tool to relieve the strain of administrative tasks.
You schedule appointments yourself and invite candidates to them just with one click. JOBMATCHER visualizes the appointment status as bar charts. So you always have an overview for which dates and times are still available.
INVITE Invitation Management
The optimal assignment of participants to appointments is as important as it is time-consuming. The additional module INVITE extends the Recruitment Day Planning Tool for just this function: with your invitation, you give candidates the opportunity to log in or cancel appointments by themselves. And depending on the configuration – this is similar to flight booking– candidates may even choose between several dates. The response is sent directly to JOBMATCHER and will be considered for further scheduling. Thus, your appointment schedule is always up to date.
AC Planning
The additional module for AC (Assessment Center) planning serves as an upgrade to the appointment tool and simplifies the handling of personal appointments in situations such as Assessment Center and candidate’s days with several candidates. Define a unique set of daily routines and required resources. Based on this, JOBMATCHER generates individual-related schedules and operating plans for the participants and proctors on the touch of a button. This way a short-term change doesn’t mess up your schedule any longer.
Contract Generator
The additional module for generating contracts allows you to retain promising candidates early. Create preliminary contracts immediately following your decision and show your appreciation by directly submitting an offer. The content of the contract is provided by you and we implement all variable fields to it.
Job Profiling
Job profiling is a powerful way to analyze people’s occupational orientation and to advise them in regard to career choices and job orientation. Target groups are students who do not yet know whether they should study or start with job training, as well as individuals who cannot continue their job based on personal, health or labor market reasons. Job Profiling reverses the usual job placement of the labor market: the participant is the focus and the best suitable occupations or activities for this individual are determined. Based on a profound diagnosis of interdisciplinary competencies you create an individual personal profile that is synchronized with job profiles stored in the data base. Hereby aptitude and interest play the central role. This way individual job career counseling, support of personnel service, job market related integration through case managers and last but not least gained personal insight is made possible. For more specific applications, new job profiles can be added and included in the process.
At first view "Job Radar" combines all matching information: The individual is centered and fitting jobs are displayed around him/her. The distance and color of each job shows the extent of personal congruence: the closer a job is to the center (=individual), the higher the congruence of personal characteristics and job requirements. Additionally - regardless of ability - information on the congruence of ability and job profile is added to the description. Green circles indicate a high degree of congruence. To the right, the congruence between the individual and his/her actual job is indicated in descending order.
Job Matching
While Job Profiling searches for the right job for an individual, in Job Matching the direction of the search mode is changed and the focus looks for a suitable candidate for a defined job or profession. Job Matching uses the classic view of career counseling and is an effective tool for temporary employment or outplacement.
Talent Pools
By using JOBMATCHER as a talent pool you can make certain that you won’t lose any promising candidate based on the fact that you don’t currently have a job opening. Automatically maintain contact and when you have a new job opening, find a suitable candidate out of your pool. JOBMATCHER allows biographical job matching and your search related to language knowledge, experience, training background or additional criteria.

Reporting
