» KfW banking group is using the online recruiting through HR Diagnostics, especially in the recruitment
of its trainees both for traditional occupations as well as for demanding dual academic enrollments.
After a two-year application we can draw the following preliminary conclusions:

  1. Compared to the existing procedure with written application documents the highly valid selection tool significantly
    preserves better quality of the shortlisted applicants. This aspect becomes even more important in view of demographic trends.
  2. By using different niveau levels the system also allows a differentiation according to different education; this is especially useful when processing large numbers of applicants.
  3. Through our Internet presence in Germany we are always available year round as a training facility – an important advantage compared with advertisements that are always somewhat limited.
  4. Results are immediately available after the end of the procedure. Evaluation errors are excluded, subsequent to training, the data interpretation can be carried out by appropriate diagnostic lay people. Above all the selection tool provides a multi-site uniform method of selection.
  5. The system operates reliably and saves time-consuming evaluations, as was the case in previous test procedures. Personnel cost are saved which compensate for the investment costs.
